It started as a challenge. Chef Lance Avery looked to make a new product, combining bacon and sausage into one unique offering. After 100 variations, he found the perfect recipe for Big Fork Sausage.


We matched his entrepreneurial spirit with a raw, flexible branding and packaging system, leaving space for expansion as Big Fork grew in popularity. What started as an idea and four variations has quickly doubled to include eight gourmet varieties, with no signs of slowing.
